CENTRIS – Central Information System

Centris is about working with documents. Doris recognises what is written in them. In Centris, you work with them and you process them. Do you need to prepare a contract, invoice, order, request form?

You do it in a simple manner. In several clicks, you select a template document which you adjust as needed. Afterwards, you let it approve.

You may combine and connect various types of documents. Do you have an approval and do you need to prepare the contract for printing? Does it have several various appendices? No problem.

You mark what documents should be contained in the target clean copy (naturally, only those that are approved) and the program creates one document correctly formatted for printing. No assembling by the printer...

You receive a signed contract from a partner and want to be sure that “nothing has changed” during circulation? YES, for sure. The program compares the signed contract, letter by letter, with the approved version. It will immediately notify you if it finds a difference. This is the only way of ensuring that you will not fall victim to fraud.

You will have everything recorded and under control. Who prepared the contract, who approved it, what was the development in the debate during the preparation of the contract, what was the timeline until the signing of the contract, and so on. It is the same case with the orders that you issue. Just a little bit simpler.
